We handle a wide range of mailing services from small mailings requiring special handwork, to large bulk mailings to national audiences. We offer post office deilvery, if needed.

Inserting

Whether you need to place a letter into an envelope or have several pieces that must be matched, we can handle any challenge. Our Pitney Bowes and Bell & Howell insertion machines are designed to quickly and inexpensively fulfill your envelope stuffing needs. We can also seal and meter your letter all at once to save time and money.

Labeling

We have several machines that can affix an address to a mailing piece. We can print directly from our computers to your mailing piece by ink jetting the address label directly to the mailing piece. Our new Video Jet System 4000, applies an ink jet label directly from the computer disc to printed pieces, at a speed up to 20,000 per hour. This is our highest quality and most popular method of labeling. Our Cheshire labeling machines can take your preprinted "Greenbar" computer printouts or we can print out your mailing list and affix them to any mailing piece.

Shipping/Delivery

Our cellular phone equipped trucks can deliver your mail directly to the Post Office, or to any other destination of your choosing. Our personnel can pack and prepare your printed material to ship via UPS, Federal Express, local couriers, or common carriers. We further reduce worry by providing pickup of your printed material for mailing or fulfillment services.

Handwork

Occasionally, a mailing piece needs gentle handling that our machines cannot provide. We offer hand stuffing and collateral address matching, as well as other custom handwork services by request.
